If
we
are
to
have
a
world-class
education
system,
and
let's
talk
about
world
class,
our
definition
of
educational
excellence
must
go
beyond
literacy
and
numeracy
to
include
knowledge
of
the
history,
geography,
cultures
and
languages
of
others
part
of
the
world.
