We
have
the
pleasure
of
hosting
an
enlightening
Voyager's
Club
program
on
October
22,
2009
at
6:30
p.m.
with
two
of
our
2008-2009
Council
Scholar
winners,
Rachel
Clarke
and
Amanda
Cogan.
This
is
your
opportunity
to
hear
engaging
presentations
on
their
education
trips
to
Turkey
and
Peru
respectively
and
how
those
experiences
help
shape
international
education
in
Mecklenburg
County
(and
surrounding
areas)
schools.
Both
educators
will
provide
a
country
update
with
a
presentation
on
their
experiences,
insight
from
their
trip
and
the
impact
to
the
education
community
in
Charlotte
followed
by a
photography
slideshow
from
their
individual
trips.
As
the
Council
continues
to
partner
with
local
educational
institutions
and
reaching
out
to
both
educators
and
students,
it's
our
privilege
to
be
part
of a
growing
international
education
community
in
Charlotte.
